We sell physical products including but not limited to:
- Gaming consoles
- Video games
- TCG, CCG (Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh, Digimon, One Piece etc.)
- Accessories
All products are described as accurately as possible.
Please note that pre-owned items may show signs of use unless stated otherwise.
- You will receive an order confirmation email.
- A contract is formed only once your order is dispatched.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock errors, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment must be made in full at checkout using the payment methods provided.
We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or events outside our control.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013:
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

You must return the item within 14 days of cancellation.
Items must be:
- In original condition
- Complete with all accessories
- Not damaged beyond reasonable inspection
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:
If your item is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you are entitled to:
- A repair
- A replacement
- Or a full refund
Please contact us immediately with photos.
Trading card products and sealed collectible products are sold as collectible items.
We do not guarantee specific pulls, card conditions inside sealed products, or future market value.
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the right to cancel does NOT apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return once unsealed.
Any sealed product that has been opened, unsealed, tampered with, resealed, or had factory shrink wrap, security seals, or protective packaging removed or damaged will NOT be eligible for return or refund.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Booster packs
- Booster boxes
- Elite Trainer Boxes
- Collection boxes
- Any factory-sealed trading card product
Products returned in a condition inconsistent with their original sealed state will be refused and returned to the buyer.
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Loss of profit
- Loss due to misuse of products
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
We handle your data in accordance with UK GDPR.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
